Responsible for the overall management of property government and commercial portfolio and the assigned cornerstone office. Must have strong expertise in government-leased commercial property management, including a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and contract obligations. Through subordinate managers, ensure that high-quality customer service is provided , and all properties operate within the economic operating constraint of the operating budget.
