Day‑to‑day operations of a contemporary mixed‑use building — HVAC, mechanical, electrical, life safety Annual operating budget, monthly reporting, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations Hiring and leading on‑site maintenance, leasing, and concierge teams Tenant experience, move‑ins/outs, and resident community programming Vendor management across landscaping, snow, cleaning, elevators, and access/security systems Qualifications
Active property‑management licence (Alberta) 5+ years in residential property management, with demonstrated experience in stewardship of first‑class assets Strong financial acumen — you own the budget, not just execute it A people‑first leadership style and a high standard for how a building should look, run, and feel Why This Role
