WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
- 7+ years of progressive property management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience managing large-scale assets (500+ units); lease‑up and new development experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to mixed‑use or commercial/retail operations is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, LTB processes, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cost control
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and ownership groups
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to lead through complexity and change
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility for on‑call and after‑hours support
