Job Description
Purpose Allied is looking for a Senior Property Manager, Retail to oversee approximately 320,000 square feet of retail space at The Well, including Wellington Market.
In this role, you will lead the retail Property Management team and oversee tenant relations, retail operations, building standards, financial performance and operational administration. You will play a key role in maintaining a high-quality tenant and guest experience while ensuring the retail portfolio operates effectively and performs in line with established operational and financial expectations.
