Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, optimize processes, and minimize Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ). Coordinate inspection, audit, and certification activities, manage internal and external non-conformances, and promote a strong quality culture through training and cross‑functional collaboration.
