Senior Quantity Surveyors- Rail
Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Rail) – 2 positions.
Salary: Up to £60K + Package
Location: Waterloo, London
We are currently recruiting 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors leading main contractors who operate within the Rail division. They will present proposals to managers and clients on rail projects located in Waterloo/Wessex Region.
You will be expected to supervise a team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within the allocated budget, and that you will travel intermittently when necessary.
Relevant Qualifications
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
- Progressed steadily from an engineering background
- Previously worked on rail sectors
- Chartered or working towards chartership
- Experience of managing a team of on‑site staff (engineers, foreman, etc.)
