About the role
Provide leadership in Rail Safety, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management across Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) projects. This role is the key point of contact for safety and quality matters, ensuring effective monitoring, auditing and compliance across projects, contractors and consultants, while embedding the Public Transport Authority and OMTID Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System.
You will deliver expert advice to project teams, manage audit and inspection programs, review Rail Safety plans, and ensure corrective actions drive continuous improvement. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role supports strong governance, timely reporting and consistent, high‑quality safety outcomes across major transport infrastructure projects.
