Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Curriculum Manager to design and develop high-quality cybersecurity training programs for technical and non-technical audiences. In this role, you will transform complex cybersecurity and sales-methodology concepts into engaging, structured learning experiences targeted to our sales organization.
Work closely with subject matter experts, product and marketing teams, and sales enablement to create scalable, role‑based cybersecurity courses focusing on comprehension and application.
What you’ll be working on
- Design and develop end‑to‑end cybersecurity courses, including self‑paced modules, instructor‑led materials, AI‑graded workshops, and assessments
- Translate complex technical topics (e.g., email security, cloud security, XDR, incident response) into clear, learner‑friendly content ranging from understanding the technology to how our solutions work
