Mission
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will drive the development of the Swiss market, with a focus on staffing and search and selection sector.
Main responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory;
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in selecting the most effective and value‑driven solutions;
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, working closely with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction and retention;
