Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Optimizes sales processes, provides analytical support, and manages sales tools to ensure the sales organization operates effectively. Requires proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact and escalation point for the global Sales team for day-to-day sales operations needs.
- Develop and improve the efficiency of operational processes and workflows to enhance team productivity and sales performance.
- Assist in clean‑up, maintenance, and enforcement of proper usage of the CRM tool and ensure data accuracy and integrity within all internal systems.
- Assist in managing the sales pipeline and provide pipeline inputs for financial forecasts, coordinating and facilitating sales transactions.
