WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Make 180-200 outbound cold calls per day
- Contact licensed contractors in California
- Speak directly with business owners and decision makers
- Navigate receptionists and gatekeepers
- Qualify interest quickly and book strategy calls
- Log all conversations and notes in CRM
- Follow up on warm leads

REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience in outbound B2B sales or SDR roles
