This role will focus heavily on Flows, process automation, and administration, with some exposure to development tasks. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Salesforce configuration and automation, with a solid foundation in development concepts. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, etc.) Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, including objects, fields, permissions, and page layouts Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions Perform data management tasks, including data imports, exports, and cleanup Maintain and improve automation processes (Flows, validation rules, workflows) Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users Work closely with the development te...
