Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps best practices, including version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to streamline development and release processes.
Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, scratch orgs) and govern release cycles including code promotion and rollback strategies.
Automate metadata deployment, testing, and validation processes using Salesforce DX (SFDX) and related tools.
Ensure secure and compliant deployments, including integration with identity, access control, and governance frameworks.
Drive DevOps maturity within Salesforce landscape, including monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
