Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong background in PeopleSoft-to-SuccessFactors transformations. This role supports a major utilities client through configuration, data migration, payroll validation, and integration activities across EC, ECP, Time, and Global Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the PeopleSoft → SuccessFactors data migration (extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, reconciliation).
- Configure and validate Employee Central, Position Management, Time, Global Perks, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Review payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, and support end‑to‑end payroll cycles including Canadian compliance.
- Support integration work (CPI, APIs, OData, IDocs) and EC ECP replication.
- Participate in testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), payroll validation, and cutover activities.
