Job Description
The opportunity
Support real estate project management from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.Assist in the preparation and review of financial models, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and managing the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and cost control.Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Liaise with external service providers, including architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers and consultants.Assist in regulatory compliance and risk management for real estate operations, including handling contracts, agreements, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.Support technical project management, including contract preparation, program management, study oversight, design optimization, and negotiation of terms and conditions.
