The core parts of your role would be to:
Main Activities:1. Support the successful, accurate and timely completion of corporate and client securitization transactions – 35% Develop an understanding of the Canadian structured finance environment, specifically the CMHC sponsored securitization programs (MBS & CMB).Work closely with credit union partners, providing expert advice towards maximizing their value in CMHC’s securitization programs in a way which is aligned with their hedging strategies, multi-family origination, and CMB participation.Build, foster and recognize business relationships within the department, the division, the company, as well as external credit union clients and intermediary partners (ex.
