Responsibilities
- Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products
- Diagnostics of machinery malfunctions using condition monitoring tools
- Engagement to improve technical skills through learning programs
- Select and use criteria to assess machinery faults
- Timely completion of service reports and administrative requirements
- React to customer required travel promptly
- Handle diverse clients in the region including Brazil
- Complete Documentation of findings/recommendations
- Professionally communicate with customers and team members
- Perform Asset Management/Reliability Service Studies
- Assess job site Safety and perform services as per Bently Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
- Support growth initiatives of the business
