JOB SUMMARY
A Senior Workforce Software T& A Consultant is responsible for leading and supporting the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the Workforce Software (WFS) platform for time and attendance management on a global level. This role collaborates closely with cross‐functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, ensure regulatory compliance and guarantee integration with other systems (such as SAP Success Factors and SAP ECP). It also provides expert‐level support, leads continuous improvement projects and serves as a technical reference within the HR Applications team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Lead the implementation of new countries, plants or sites in Workforce Software T& A, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
Configure time calculation rules, absence policies, schedules, work calendars, pay rules and other key components of the WFS solution.
