Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Develops, tests, and maintains software according to company coding standards, processes, testing, risk analysis, and metrics creation
- Utilizes customer feedback and input to guide their work and provide value in outcomes
- Works with Engineering Leadership & Product Management to translate requirements into engineering specifications and plans
- Participates in backlog grooming sessions, actively provides feedback and input
- Participates in test planning and collaborates with QA Engineers
- Capable of debugging and resolving increasingly complex issues
- Develops with a quality mindset, understanding the importance and impact of leaked defects. Focuses on testable code, writing unit and integration tests
- Collaborates with others to receive and deliver code reviews to ensure quality, alignment, and process is followed
