About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the technical direction of our web platform and lead a small development team of 2–4 engineers. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking — writing production code daily while shaping architecture, mentoring developers, and driving delivery.
The ideal candidate is someone who has fully embraced AI‑assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or equivalent) and can confidently deliver production‑quality code at high velocity using these tools. You don’t just use AI as autocomplete — you architect solutions through AI, review AI‑generated output critically, and multiply your team’s throughput.
