What You’ll Do
:
Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega PRPC Solutions.Translate business requirements into scalable, high quality Pega applications.Develop workflows, business rules, Integrations, UI, and case management capabilities with Pega.Collaborate with BA's, architects and QA teams to ensure high quality deliverables.Provide technical leadership, mentorship and guidance to junior Pega dev’s.Troubleshoot, debug and optimize existing Pega applications.Work with stakeholders to identify process automation opportunities and recommend improvements.Participate in code/design reviews.Stay up to date with the latest Pega platform features, versions and enhancements.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodo...
