The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving complex engineering problems, improving performance and architecture, and ensuring that all code meets defined quality standards. Working closely with product, UX, and front-end teams, translating designs into performant, accessible, and secure user experiences while integrating WordPress with external systems, databases, and services.
As a senior engineer, you will serve as a subject-matter expert in WordPress and modern web technologies, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers on WordPress best practices, scalable architecture, and maintainable code design.
