Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce + eCommerce) to take ownership of the architectural vision across CRM/CX and Digital channels, anchored by Salesforce as the central platform. You will be responsible for crafting a unified, future‑ready architecture that connects products and systems throughout the customer‑facing landscape.

- Craft comprehensive CX blueprints covering Salesforce CRM alongside Digital channels such as eCommerce and portals
- Convert key business functions like sales planning, pricing and customer data management into well‑aligned platform solutions
- Engineer fluid omnichannel experiences supported by solid architectural underpinnings
- Outline integration approaches that link CRM, eCommerce, Order Management together with Pricing & analytics layers
