We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join a small team at a pivotal moment. The focus is on transforming how we support customers — moving from manual, one‑at‑a‑time pre‑sales to building AI‑powered tools and scalable systems that help us support more customers, faster, and with deeper insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer conversations: Join Sales Executives on calls with prospects evaluating Oyster and existing customers expanding rapidly. Guide the technical conversation, walk through cost breakdowns across 10+ countries, explain how employment works in different jurisdictions, compare benefits packages, and prepare implementation readiness plans that validate what needs to happen for a successful transition.
