Job Description
Hiring Requirements: Under the direction of the Manager, Baking Technology and Commercialization, the successful candidate will serve as the primary technical liaison for bakery management teams, ensuring the consistent production of high-quality baked goods. Additionally, this individual will collaborate closely with the Research & Development team and other cross‑functional departments, including marketing, regulatory affairs, finance, and purchasing, to support the commercialization of new bakery products. This role demands adaptability and readiness to travel between the Toronto and Hamilton bakeries, as well as bakeries located in the Atlantic region. The work schedule must remain flexible to accommodate the diverse production timelines and operational requirements of the bakeries.
