About the Role
As a Senior Staff Engineer at Capital One Software Studio, you will orchestrate the creation of technology solutions that align with our business goals. Your day begins with a review of ongoing solution designs that are in different phases of their life cycles. You will spend your time designing scalable and secure solution architectures, evaluating new technologies, and overseeing the development of high‑level designs (HLD). You will engage in dynamic collaboration with cross‑functional teams to advocate for best practices in architecture and design. For new projects, you will closely work with your business partners to create sound business architectures.
