Senior Supply Management Specialist – Drilling & Completions
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supply Management Specialist with 15–20 years of experience supporting Drilling & Completions (D&C;) operations within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep commercial expertise, solid contract negotiation capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset. This role will lead high‑impact sourcing initiatives, manage complex supplier relationships, and provide commercial guidance to D&C; leadership.

Strategic Sourcing & Category Leadership
- Lead long‑term sourcing strategies for complex D&C; categories, including drilling services, completions services, well construction materials, and specialized downhole technologies.
