- Develop and maintain the Master Resource Plan to ensure availability of materials and components supporting the 24-month supply plan.
- Create capacity plans to identify bottlenecks, risks, and underutilization, recommending actions to ensure future demand coverage and cost efficiency.
- Define and manage inventory levels through safety stock strategies that balance product availability and cash investment.
- Financially evaluate the supply plan to align product availability, cost of supply, and budget targets with finance partners.
- Track execution of the supply plan with production and procurement teams, monitoring performance deviations and addressing back orders or risks.
