Role: Senior System Engineer Manager - Core Services

Location: Toronto or Munich

A global organisation we are looking for an experienced system engineer manager (m/f/d) to lead the Employee Tech – Core Service team in Toronto (Canada) & Munich (Germany).

The Core Services team is part of their Employee Tech organization, responsible for delivering world‑class IT support and ensuring a seamless digital workplace experience for all employees (over 2,400) across 24 offices worldwide. The scope of the team spans from identity and access management, endpoint management, and security, to ownership of key employee applications, including Okta, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Atlassian, DocuSign, OpenAI, Adobe, Zoom Contact Center, and other business‑critical productivity and collaboration platforms.
