RUCKUS Networks, the leader in Wi‑Fi, is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The role involves managing complex technical requirements, designing systems, engaging in the presales process, and providing high‑level sales support to clients and internal teams. You will be a technical sales engineer working in direct partnership with the account management team within the RUCKUS Technical Sales SE team in CALA.
Responsibilities
- End customer‑focused or technology‑focused technical sales; provide high level technical support, enablement, and guidance to partners and important end customers, deciphering end user solutions requirements & their technological needs.
- Provide networking architectural perspective leveraging the Ruckus product portfolio, considering SE technical specialists within the industrial enterprise vertical for specific opportunities.
