Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead the national tax function in Australia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for tax strategy, compliance, governance, and integration across the expanding business footprint in Australia, including supporting major transformation and integration projects. The role ensures full compliance with Australian tax legislation and drives continuous improvement and global tax governance efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Group's effective and cash tax rates, identifying tax opportunities and risks.
- Provide tax structuring advice for acquisitions, integrations, and new ventures.
- Partner with finance and treasury teams to support tax-efficient financing structures, including withholding tax and thin capitalisation considerations.
