Job Description
This role is responsible for leading a high risk, high complexity Custody and Reporting functions, with a strong focus on operational transformation, client experience, and efficient execution. The Team Leader will play a critical role in modernizing processes, strengthening vendor oversight, and enabling scalable, compliant outcomes for both clients and the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end performance of a high risk, complex Custody and Reporting functions, including delivery against key performance indicators, service level objectives, and strong risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
- Provide full people leadership for a diverse team of up to 10 associates, including coaching, development, performance management, engagement, and empowerment of frontline leaders.
