- Drive end‑to‑end execution from roadmap definition through delivery and release.

- Align engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver against strategic goals.
- Oversee database release management across multiple distributions and environments.
- Ensure releases meet strict standards for stability, backward compatibility, performance, and security.
- Continuously improve release processes, tooling, and operational rigor.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans.
- Provide executive‑level updates and cross‑line‑of‑business communication.
