About The Role
The Senior Technician performs all sample management tasks autonomously and is responsible for general activities for one or multiple Sample Management groups, including sample reception, service request, disposal or shipment, storage equipment organization/optimization, support for lab tasks coordination and priorities, and coaching and training new technicians.
What You'll Do Here
- Storage equipment inventory, organization, transfers between storage equipment & optimization.
- Coach and train new technicians.
- Participate in training and process improvements.
- Support Technician I and II during complex tasks.
- Generate Watson study material reports.
- Act as a back‑up for technicians in other Sample Management teams (inter‑teams).
- Manipulate Containment Level 2/cytotoxic study material.
