Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules.
- Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes.
- Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) components including workflows, business rules, data models, and position management.
- Support data imports, integrations, and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center).
