Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a leading Bank's digital initiatives by enhancing and improving internal facing applications and experiences. This role will serve as a first UX touchpoint on the project, working closely with cross‑functional teams to shape user flows, interaction models, and design direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to explore and iterate on design concepts
- Translate business and user needs into intuitive, scalable UX solutions
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders during PI Planning and delivery
- Advocate for UX best practices and user‑centered design decisions
- Work within existing design systems and enterprise standards
- Clearly articulate design rationale and trade‑offs to stakeholders
