Job Description
An investment firm is seeking a Senior / Vice President to strengthen its M&A execution capabilities, with a focus on Metals & Mining transactions across the CIS.
The role involves leading transactions across all stages of the deal cycle, from preparation of materials through execution and closing. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of key workstreams, maintain high analytical standards, and coordinate effectively with senior stakeholders, clients, and external advisors.

- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions in the Metals & Mining sector
- Take ownership of financial models, valuation outputs, and transaction analysis, including review and sign-off
