Role Summary
Cova is seeking a Senior Web Developer to take technical ownership of our Hub product, a core web‑based surface that connects platform capabilities, internal tools, and partner integrations. In this role, you will be accountable for the architecture, code quality, technical decision‑making, and long‑term health of the Hub product. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, backend and platform teams, and the broader web guild.
This is a hands‑on senior contributor role with significant influence. While it does not include formal people management, it requires technical leadership, strong judgment, and a clear sense of ownership.
