Salary & Benefits
Salary range (but not limited to): $69,200 – $84,600, based on a 35‑hour workweek. Annual bonus target: 7.5% of base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target, subject to personal and company performance. Flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work model. Possibility to purchase up to 5 extra days off per year. Multiple benefits supporting physical and mental well‑being, including telemedicine and a Wellness account.
