Become a vital part of OnActuate as a Senior Workforce Management Consultant. This remote/hybrid role focuses on Dayforce implementation and client collaboration to drive success.
In this contractor role, you will report to the Senior VP of HCM Practice and be instrumental in leading full-cycle Dayforce workforce management implementations. With at least 5 years of experience in Dayforce, you'll engage directly with clients to gather requirements, configure scheduling rules, and oversee training. Your technical skills will ensure that solutions meet client needs seamlessly throughout the project lifecycle.
