Job Description
We are launching SME – a new product focused on small and medium businesses in Mexico , and are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Analyst to help build the function from the ground up.
You will define how we scale acquisition for SME users, build the entire analytics foundation for the product, and turn early-stage ambiguity into a clear, data-driven system.
What you’ll do:
Own end-to-end product analytics for SME, driving decisions across growth & product
Build the core analytics foundation from scratch: define key metrics, user funnels, and tracking architecture
Design clear visibility into acquisition channels and user journeys – who comes from where, and how they convert
Set up scalable reporting for SME acquisition performance and experimentation outcomes
Build and analyze full funnel flows for SME users, from first touch to activation and repeat usage
Design and evaluate A/B testing framework adapted to SME scale
