Position SummaryThe SERVER AND STORAGE OPERATIONS ANALYST will oversee the correct functioning of the organization's servers and backup infrastructure.
Maintain operating efficiency and stability, monitor servers' performance, and ensure business continuity through the right Disaster Recovery processes.
Troubleshot issues escalated to the L2 support and provide root cause analysis accordingly.
Mentoring and training the L1 team is essential.ResponsibilitiesMonitor functioning of servers and make necessary troubleshooting to ensure the system operates in conformance with specifications.
Maintain and troubleshoot Azure IaaS Virtual Machines and Azure Applications.
Work directly with other departments, internal customers, and other stakeholders to support software throughout the existing environment both on‐premises and cloud.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and respond to alerts from monitoring systems.
