What You’ll Do
Provide warm, attentive service while maintaining a sense of urgency.Guide guests through the menu with confidence.Execute steps of service consistently: greet, ring, run, touch tables, anticipate needs, close out smoothly.Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and composure.Communicate clearly with hosts, bartenders, and BOH to keep service flowing.Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
