We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Service Technician to deliver a range of service and maintenance activities, including installation, repair, emergency breakdown response, and other maintenance services across the Company’s product range. The position is based in Wellington.
What You’ll Do
· Install, repair, and maintain our doors product range.
· Liaise with customers and our planning team regarding repairs, installations, and site issues.
· Complete paperwork and documentation in line with quality and timeliness standards.
· Maintain work tools, PPE, and comply with WHS and company policies at all times.
· Work flexibly, including callouts, overtime, and out-of-hours requirements.
