Responsibilities
+ Provide superior support to our technician service team by researching and answering a variety of inquiries.
+ Manage daily reports, taking appropriate action to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Communicate COD estimates to customers and process events to make certain they are scheduled.
+ Work with the National Operations team to resolve potential issues that may delay work order (event) completion.
+ Manage customer escalations, working with consumers to identify and execute solutions.
