Service desk Agent BG-JR
Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and service requests through phone and ticketing systems.
Register and manage all service requests within the Help Desk scope.
Diagnose and resolve issues within the assigned support domain.
Restore services as quickly as possible to minimize business impact.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support teams.
Provide clear communication to clients regarding services outside Help Desk scope.
Accurately log, classify, and update tickets in the ticketing system.
Assign priorities to service requests; coordinate urgent/high-priority cases with the Supervisor.
Document solutions and resolutions in clear, user-friendly language.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Windows environment (Windows 10 or later).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
