Elevate your IT career with Yardstick Technologies as a Service Desk Analyst. Play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving user issues through excellent technical support. This Tier 1 position involves working closely with clients to address their IT needs, from desktop support to network troubleshooting. You will be part of a collaborative Service Team and have the opportunity to continuously improve your skills in a quick-paced setting. Participate in an on-call schedule to provide additional support as required by the business.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt IT support for customers onsite and remotely
- Troubleshoot desktops, peripherals, and networking devices
- Track and prioritize end-user incidents and service requests
- Document service interactions and escalate as needed
- Join the on-call rotation for after-hours support
