JD:
- Provide support for Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and Intune
- Assist in re-registering Windows devices with Bunge as Entra hybrid joined
- Troubleshoot Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), and mobile email issues.
- Resolve issues related to Mailbox access, Profile recreation, Autodiscover, Shared mailboxes, Mail flow and permissions
- Resolve sign‑in, password, and MFA issues related to Entra ID tenant changes, UPN changes, Conditional Access policies, MFA re‑registration
- Provide support for mobile device migration (iOS and Android), including troubleshooting issues related to un‑enrollment or enrollment with Intune
- Support Microsoft client reconfiguration issues related to Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft Office license activation
- Handle VIP and high priority issues promptly
