JOB DESCRIPTION On behalf of our client, Insight Global is seeking a driven and organized Service Manager to support a busy trucking operation in Timmins, Ontario.
Salary $85,000 - $105,000
Day to Day Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations and step in when the General Manager is occupied, ensuring smooth workflow and strong production output. Support technicians on the floor by coordinating work, helping move trucks in the yard, and bringing units into the shop using a loader (training available). Operate in yard equipment and, ideally, perform test drives when required — DZ license is highly preferred. Assist during peak winter periods by retrieving trucks from the yard when staff are tied up. Open and manage work orders, learn customer accounts, and support customer communication and service coordination. Help set up the shop for efficiency, organization, and safety.
