- CMDB/CSDM design, CI relationships, reconciliation, normalization, lifecycle, governance.
- JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer; MID Server configuration/troubleshooting.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP/APIs; cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP; enterprise tool integrations.
